Depending on the game and your region, these may include Google, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle), Mintegral, InMobi, AppLovin and Pangle. These partners receive the advertising data described above and use it under their own privacy policies, including how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

4. Analytics and game services

We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to understand how our games are played, find crashes, and change game settings or test new features without an app update. Firebase processes device and usage information on our behalf. Learn more at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. How we share information

We share information only with:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing data with ad partners for personalized advertising as "selling" or "sharing". You can opt out by choosing "Ask App Not to Track" on iOS, by turning off personalized ads in the game's settings, or by emailing us.

6. Children

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at email us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email email us from the device's game: open Settings → Privacy → Copy my player ID and include that ID so we can find your data. We'll respond within 30 days (or the time your local law requires). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): we process information to provide the game you asked for (contract), to improve and secure our games (legitimate interests), and for personalized ads and non-essential analytics (consent).

8. Retention and security

We keep analytics and diagnostic data only as long as needed for the purposes above (generally up to 14 months for analytics events), and support emails for up to 2 years. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. International transfers

We and our partners may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our games change. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the game if the changes are significant.
