Spirit Score Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026.

Spirit Score is made by Grey Eagle Labs. This policy covers the Spirit Score app for iPhone and iPad. The Grey Eagle Labs website and other products have their own policies.

The short version

Spirit Score analyzes video on your device. Video, poses, scores, athlete names, and sessions stay on the device you use. We do not collect them, and we cannot see them. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking.

What the app does with video

When you record or import a clip, Spirit Score detects body positions in the frames and scores the motion, jump, stunt, or routine. This analysis runs entirely on the device using Apple's Vision framework. No video, frame, pose data, or result is sent to Grey Eagle Labs or to any third party.

The app asks for permission to use the camera and microphone to record, and to add to your Photos library when you choose to export an annotated clip. It never reads your existing photos or videos without your choosing them in the system picker.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect personal information through the app. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, device fingerprinting, or analytics services. The app makes no network connections except to Apple for subscription purchases.

Athletes and minors

Coaches use Spirit Score to review athletes who may be under 18. The app does not require any information about an athlete; athlete names you enter are optional labels stored only on your device. Because nothing leaves the device, Grey Eagle Labs does not receive, store, or process any information about athletes. You are responsible for having the consent you need to record the people in your videos.

Purchases

Spirit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment and keeps the purchase record; we receive no name, email, or payment details. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings. The Terms of Use are Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

Your data and your control

Everything the app stores is in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting a session in the app deletes its video and results. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Clips you exported to Photos remain in Photos until you delete them there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Changes that matter to you are described in the app's release notes.
